I have always been into photography since I was young but I think I am going to take it to the next level and get some training. So I am going to need some families who want to be my practice families. I know I already have a few but the more practice the better.

Our Fall Photoshoot

So we had our Fall photoshoot/Haileys first birthday photos yesterday. It was really hot for a September and am shocked that they turned out at good as they did. The photographer is one of my nestie friends Karen aka: LuvBug and her talent behind the camera amazing me and I only hope that I will be able to take photos like her one day. So she quickly got me a few teezer photos so I could share with all of you! Hope you enjoy them as much as I have this morning.

09-09-09 aka: Kiah's first day of school!

Here is a picture to remind myself that it will much quieter, have less mess and a little girl not doing flips all over in the house until oh about 3:30 each day when Kiah arrives how from school!

I think I am going to say out loud that..... I am going to miss all of the craziness. But I am sure I will get use to it quickly!

You always want what you don't have

Kiah keeps saying she wants curly hair. I told her what my mom always told me. "Girls who have straight hair always want curly hair and girls who have brown hair always want blond hair!" So then I remember that my mom use to put rag curls in my hair to make it curly. So I asked her if she wanted me to do that to her. She thought I was so weird for cutting up an old towel and making knots in her hair with them. So here are some pictures of the rag curls in the making. We will see what she looks like in the morning!

Well here are the after shots from this morning! Can we say crazy? I think we have proved to hair that she loves her straight hair. She said "Mommy I want my hair back to straight" So I told her this is why we need to be thankful for what God has blessed us with.
